MTÜ Müstiline Roos Eesti: a home for shared care

A proposed Estonian association will channel support to people in need.

The current proposal directs 10% of net sales, excluding VAT and after returns and discounts, directly to the Red Cross. After MTÜ Müstiline Roos Eesti is established, 10% of positive EBITDA is intended for support grants through the association.

The association is still being formed. The LHV Pension Fund is invited to explore possible cooperation; it is not a confirmed partner. Governance, grant-making and reporting will be set out as the MTÜ takes shape.

Editorial note: This is a proposed model shared with Mystic Rose. The MTÜ is in formation, and any grant programme depends on its establishment, governance and available funds.
